Nature’s Provision to Prevent Illness

Is it possible to live a lifestyle using nature’s provision to prevent illness? It is possible. It requires an understanding and ACCEPTANCE of nature’s provision for authentic, healthy life. And in today’s modern, technological, information overloaded, fast paced, convenience driven world, that can be hard to attain. Still, it is altogether possible.
Take a look at nutrition. Refined foods have become the norm. In fact, the vast majority of consumer’s lack a genuine understanding of real food anymore. No real fault of their own, the fact is, that in passing the expansive mid-west corn and wheat fields one can glean a sense of nature at its finest when in reality those fields by no means authentically represent nature’s provision to prevent illness and live healthy, vibrant lives. Those fields in nearly every instance are altered by man. This tampering begins in the fields and continues to the shelf delivering the unsuspecting consumer, a product that is merely a shadow of what was intended by nature for consumption. The end result is not far short of nutritional suicide.
Now take look at the element of natural boundaries. The modern fast paced, stressful, 24/7 lifestyles in which humans are like hamsters on a wheel; running hard to get somewhere, a destination often unknown or misunderstood, and getting absolutely nowhere at all achieves a false sense of wellness but actually more successfully creates exhaustion for the immune system and the body as a whole. This lifestyle is by no means nature’s provision to prevent illness live a healthy life.
Furthermore, society thinks they have achieved great advancements in the standards of living; that they have grown exponentially in the knowledge of the human body and its needs; that life has become so much easier and more efficient than that of the ancestors; that they have superseded nature’s provision to prevent illness through synthetic substitutes. And though this bears some truth, the further truth is, modern society may be among the most deceived cultures in history and whether willing to admit it or not, it is now paying a price that is far too high through obesity, illness, and diseases caused by weakened immune systems from inferior foods, high stress, out of balance, unnatural lifestyles.
Only when eyes open to the humble truth that humankind is a product of nature; that nature has made abundant and perfect provision; that nature has given healthy boundaries for well lives can society then begin to transition from the deceptive trap that has imprisoned it in recent years.
The real truth, the simple truth is that nature’s provision to prevent illness and empower healthy lives is perfect and complete. It’s not found in a low fat, fat free, low carb, sugar free diets. It’s not found in a fitness plan or a vacation. Nor is it found in a low stress job. Wellness is found and enjoyed in the collaboration of all the elements of nature’s provision. Those are real foods, physical activity and a life lived within natural boundaries of time, energy and space.
