carob date truffles


2 cups pitted dates

¼ cup carob

1 cup sultanas

LSA (linseed, sesame, almond) mix



Process all ingredients in food processor until well combined

Roll into balls and into LSA mix

Chill until needed


Makes approx 16 truffles
