carrot cake

Ingredients:

1 carrot, grated

2 cups rye flour

2 tblsp LSA (linseed, sesame, almond) mix

1/2 cup Xylitol (sweetener from corn) or another natural sugar

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup quinoa flakes

1/2 cup filtered water

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients well

Place baking paper in a square baking dish

Spoon mixture into baking dish

Bake for 30 – 40 minutes on medium heat

 

Serves as many (or as little) as you want
