Ingredients:
400gr cooked chickpeas, mashed
1 zucchini, grated
1 carrot, grated
2 tsp flax seeds or chia seeds, ground
2 tbsp water
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
LSA (linseed, sesame, almond) mix
Method:
Beat the egg replacer and water using a fork, set aside for 10 minutes
Combine with the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Divide into about 8 patties and place down on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Sprinkle LSA mix over the patties
Cook in medium-high oven for 20-30 minutes
Makes 6-8 patties
Serve warm or freeze until later
