choc pie with fruit


1 packet Lion biscuit base mix

4 tblsp Nuttelex (or other vegan margarine)

250g tub King Land soy cream cheese, melted

½ cup icing sugar

200g dark cooking chocolate, melted

Seasonal fruit: 1 mango, cherries, 1 nectarine, 2 plums, blueberries



Melt margarine and combine with biscuit base mixture

Place into a greased 23cm pie dish

Chill in refrigerator

Combine the remaining ingredients in food processor or bowl

Ensure the mixture is thoroughly mixed

Place on top of the set pie shell

Refrigerate either before or after adding the seasonal fruit salad on top


Serves 6-8 people
