choc pudding


500gr silken tofu

1 cup carob powder, sifted

2 tblsp molasses, agave or other sweetener



In a food processor, combine all ingredients

Ensure that all ingredients are mixed thoroughly

Spoon mixture into ramekin dishes, set in refrigerator


Serve with fruit


Serves 2-4 people
