Viva La Vegan!

easy pesto


1 cup pine nuts

½ cup each of basil, coriander, parsley

3-4 garlic cloves, peeled

½ cup rice bran oil

½ cup nutritional yeast flakes



Add all ingredients to food processor or high-speed blender

Process until all combined


Serve with (raw) pasta, as a salad dressing, sandwich spread and more!
