2 cups Coconut Water
1/2 cucumber
handful of Parsley
1 Lemon, peeled
1 Lime, peeled
2 leaves of Kale
Chia seeds for decoration
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender - I use my Blendtec blender
Blend
Sprinkle chia seeds on top for decoration
Serves 2-3 people
