Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice milk (or another cruelty-free milk eg my Hemp Milk) or more if you don't like a thickshake-like consistency
10 figs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 frozen banana
Method:
Blend all together - I use my Blendtec blender
Decorate with cinnamon
