Ingredients:
750 g mixed fruit
1/2 cup pepitas
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup cashews
Method:
Using a food processor, process the mixed fruit
Press the processed fruit into a baking dish lined with baking paper
Process the nuts
Press the nuts on top of the fruit mixture
Press down firmly
Refrigerate until needed
Makes 20-30 squares
