3/4 cup millet
3/4 cup brown rice powder
1/2 cup brown rice puffs
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tblsp molasses
300g silken tofu
6 nectarines, pitted and cut in quarters
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of agave nectar
Combine all the base ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
Press into pie dish.
Boil nectarines in water in a saucepan.
Blend silken tofu and agave in food processor.
Drain water from nectarines and combine with tofu.
Pour into pie dish.Cook in medium-high oven for 30-40 minutes
Serves 6-8 people
