nibble nuts

Ingredients:

½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

½ cup sesame seeds

½ cup almond flakes

2 tbsp agave syrup (or molasses for paleo version)

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp cardamom

½ tsp coriander

Sprinkle of sea salt

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl to ensure mixture is coated on all the nuts.

Line a greased baking tray with baking paper or aluminium/tin foil and spread out the mixture evenly.

Cook in moderate oven for 10 minutes, mix and then another 5-10 minutes or until brown.

 

Cool slightly before eating.

 

Serves 2-4 people
