These three vegans share their fitness expertise on a range of topics including what fitness activities they participate in, their favourite source of protein (plants have protein too!), their diet philosophies, and what they eat on an average day. Crissi also shares about her new fitness studio at Burleigh Heads, Billy shares about his Prana ON brand, and Regan shares about his upcoming fitness sessions. All three are examples of promoting the vegan lifestlye positively online, and they share how and why they do this, plus their top tips to help others focus on their own fitness goals.
