Alejandro Cancino from Urbane Restaurant shares his story on how his career took him to Brisbane from Argentina, and what it's like working at a non-veg restaurant when vegan. He also gives suggestions for restaurants to showcase great tasting vegan options on their menus, and shares plans for his new plant-based business Fenn Foods.
