Gaining muscle - Increase calories and do weights

Maintaining weight - Eat goods fat sources, exercise, get enough calories
Improving metabolism - Eat low fat, eat often, and consume raw vegan, local, organic, non-GMO foods
Toning up - All of the above and do lighter weights with more repetitions
