storm_image_1All over the world the seasons are changing from autumn to winter, from spring to summer. The feeling, the vibration has its own type of signature that affects each person and each life force with the intention of providing harmonic reaction.

In its beauty this can however, create unrest because as seasons flow so too does each person. Being part of the collective does not supersede that each person has their own unique signature affecting their own environment.

When coming into this time of year it is common for many to become ill or even suffer forms of depression. This is so common there are even medical names for such things including suffering the condition of SAD. The flipside of this includes vibrancy and an influx of endorphins. The chemical reactions to the changing season no less.

Whether in summer or winter the energy, the vibration and the feel can be used to assist each person flow more easily in their transition personally and energetically.

One does not need to be consumed with darkness when there is darkness however, this can only ever be achieved through choice. It is choosing to integrate and embrace the benefits of each season for the value that they bring to truly recognize why making a choice during these seasonal changes is highly recommended.

Many have a favorite season and there are multiple reasons for this. So, start with considering why this season is a favorite and use this alignment in those other seasons where there is dis-harmony. This simple thought, this simple intention in itself will create a shift between the person and the season.

It is creating the energetic intention that will take a sad season into one with light and abundance where one normally would not notice.
