Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 x 650gr PuraVeda Penne pasta
1 cup walnuts (or 1/2 cup pine nuts)
20 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
Method:
Rinse the penne pasta and soak for 1 minute in boiling water
Rinse and put into bowl
Mix the pesto sauce, walnuts and tomatoes in with the pasta
Serve cold - You can also heat the meal in colder climates.
