Recipe:

Ingredients
114gr tub of Maesri Massaman curry paste
270gr Ayam tin of coconut cream
400gr cooked chick peas
2 potatoes, diced
1 sweet potato, diced
1 zucchini, diced

Method
Add vegetable, paste and coconut cream into wok
Cook/simmer until tender

Serve on a bed of cooked quinoa or brown rice

Serves 3-4 people

You could use tofu or tempeh instead of beans
