Viva La Vegan!

I've just uploaded a new video featuring 3 easy to prepare, vegan, pizza topping ideas. I'm not much of a fan of cheese and much prefer to use soy cream cheese spread on the base rather than cheese completely covering the top of a pizza. Here's my pizzas (click on each photo to take you to the video, or see below)

Mediterranean Pizza:


For the Mediterranean Pizza I used tomatoes, basil, sesame seeds, soy cream cheese and cracked black pepper.

Spinach and Pine Nut Pizza:


I used spinach leaves, cheese sause made from nutritonal yeast flakes (see my VIDEO) and pine nuts.

Satay Pizza:


I used soy mayonnaise, satay sauce, zucchini (courgette), capsicum (pepper) and avocado.

I will get around to making and filming a tutorial on how to make your own pizza base, I cheated as these were store-bought.
